The hotel property was lovely with particularly good and great location so close to the center, restaurants and Shibuya...

This hotel was great with its glamorous lobby and modern room features. The Beautiful Double Room had a comfortable bed and was quite spacious for Tokyo, rare. The staff were helpful, even with limited English, always accommodating my requests like extra pillows. The wall near the reception had packs of complimentary tea, coffee, and bubble bath that added a nice touch to our stay. Location-wise, it was perfect, close to shops, the train station, and the iconic scramble crossing. I noted that the bed moved easily from the wall, hard to sit up comfortably. The lack of a safe in the room left me feeling a bit uneasy. Still, these minor issues didn't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience.

The motion sensor light in the bathroom was overly sensitive and often turned off while I was using the facilities, making it inconvenient.

My recent stay was mainly to explore nearby attractions like Shibuya Crossing and Hachiko, which are just a short walk away. I really enjoyed the clean room and the abundance of amenities offered, including free ice cream and snacks in the lobby. It was evident that the place caters to a variety of guests.

The Beautiful Double Room was super comfy! It had soundproofing, a tv with streaming, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom had a big tub and a bidet. Super nice amenities overall, and the ice cream was heavenly!

I loved the complimentary snacks in the lobby, especially the ice cream. Make sure to check if the air conditioner remote works before settling in.

Great location near train station, shops, and nightlife. Modern, spacious rooms with free toiletries and amenities. Helpful staff accommodating special requests. Convenient access to Shibuya Crossing and Shibuya station. Good selection of restaurants and bars in the area.

The staff here were friendly and ready to assist with a smile, our room came equipped with central heating, a TV, and a microwave.

Diamond is in an excellent location, just a short walk from shibuya. The staff were friendly and even though they had limited english, they were super accommodating. I loved the amenities, like the free drinks and necessities wall, which adds a nice touch to the stay.

This hotel was perfect for our family! the location was fantastic, close to restaurants and a major train station. the spacious rooms were spotless, and the amenities were a real treat, with complimentary snacks and drinks available.

The rooms here are spotless, the beds are cozy, and having a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge in the room is convenient.

All the staff were helpful, the location was great being a short walk to all our destinations, and the Shibuya Ward district is definitely worth exploring.
